Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast. My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive. Welcome back for another look.

I'll take a chance... and a pint.
Let's have a beer and a fish dinner there sometime!
Cheers to Gunn and Steve!
There are Irish pubs everywhere. My grandfather was Irish so I think I would qualify for a green passport Though I do not like Guinness so perhaps not really my kind of place.
A terrific photo, Gunn...great light. I sure wish we had pubs like that here...most of ours are just plain ol' grubby bars which it is best to avoid!
Thank you for your good wishes. Our daughter is much improved and we are back home "recovering."
Looks like a fun spot!
This looks more Irish than many other similar places I have seen!
Must be a fun place on St Patrick's day!!!
Hope the inside is as inviting as the outside.
Lovely place!With an Irish wiskey!
