Well, whoever did this can be called an artist. A bit scary, but really really good!
Weird, but really good. Are these walls some kind of free zone for murals?
VP, I guess most artist have got a YES from the house owners. Well, there have been a few listed houses that have been decorated, and later criticized in the newspapers by people working for the council.
ART is one thing, but I guess there are too many people who just do it to sign "their logo" wherever they find a wall! That I don`t like, and it cost a fortune, (tax-) money, to get rid of.
