Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast. My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive. Welcome back for another look.

Great composition here.
What was he playing, Dylan or Nirvana?
Nice portrait, Gunn! I love guitar music. Was he good?
My grandson plays a guitar and is good. I suppose this young man was good too.
Nice portrait. Always good to hear people willing to share their music.
Perfect pose, I hope the music was good.
Looking at those behind him, it may have been a little colder than he is letting on. Street musicians make a good photo subject.
The weather over here changes by the minute, so we have beach clothes as well as winter clothes, and there is a real mixture of how people dress in the streets.
I am not shore what he was playing, but it was very pleasent and he was very good.
I love street musicians especially if they are talented and can create a beautiful ambiance to the area.
Cool shot!
Love the hat and the sunglasses.
Interesting what we learn from these city blogs! I just left reading a Bible chapter from Jerusalem Daily Hills and have now just visited a tattoo convention in Stavanger, Norway! So much education at our fingertips!
He has a cool look!
Great to see my son singing and playing in Norway!
Greetings from the proud Norwegian mother living in Holland! ;-)
Hilde
Hilde, your son is a credit to you. A thoroughly polite and pleasant young man. As I understood it, he was going to work and travel for 6 months, and I am sure there will be lots of people who will meet him and enjoy his musical talents.
Joakim, good friend and travel mate, travelled parts of Australia with him and will see most likely more of the world in his company. I hope we meet up one day in our home town Oud-Beijerland and take the step to discover more of the world’s continents. You make me proud Jo =)
Gunn, Thank you for your kind words! Lovely for a mother to read! ;-) All the best for you too!!!
Sunny greetings from Holland!
X Hilde
