I just crossed the bridge, Strømsbrua, and noticed another sign of spring.
It is probably a fun-fair event for the upcoming Easter holiday.

Not Paradis......

For years this area around the railway station Paradis, has looked something more opposite a paradis.
I guess the politicians are planning on developing the area into a place with lots of modern flats.

Sometimes things happens so quickly that it is hard to remember what used to be around.
I think this was a garage for busses (NSB), before a new company took over the bus routes.

As some of you who are following my blog might remember;
Paradis is also the name of an area near the city centre.

This is Paradis.
It is not a joke, it is an area of Stavanger.
You can take the train to Paradis.
It is only one stop from the main station.

No, this is not the Stavanger Eye.

It is TIVOLI in town, a traveling amusement park.

So I guess it might me busy for some parents and kids later.

The sky was blue when I took this photo, before lunch today.

Now it is heavy rain.

The road to Paradis, - well actually the railway tracks from Paradis.

This is the first stop after the main railway station in Stavanger.

This is a fairly new station, and I think it looks pretty with the blue lighting.

This afternoon I had a look over to "Paradis".

Paradis is a part of Stavanger with wooden houses/flats and a fabulous view over the harbor with all the boats of different sizes and prices.
