Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!
It is raining outside, and the snow from Saturday's walk, has probably soon all melted.
I just wanted to show you the pretty tree someone had decorated in the woods.

Explore new places and have a fun and happy 2018!

Quiet in town.

It is quiet in town.
This is an image taken last night towards Newsman.
(A café bar which opened in 1990!
Still a popular place with lots of news on TV and in newspapers etc. )

We will have plenty of rain, and the newspapers are talking about extreme weather.
So it is good to be inside, watch films and start on the Christmas food and drinks.

Have a nice long Holiday weekend!

HYGGE

I thought  about HYGGE when I saw this.

Definition of HYGGE - a Scandinavian word for a quality of cosiness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being.

You will see this corner if you are travelling abroad and are walking through the international lounge / area at the airport.

Today is the DAY when most people are travelling home for xmas, or going away for the holiday time.

A very busy day!
