100 UGÅ

"100 UGÅ" has become like an annual event in Sandnes.

It is one week where restaurants serve dinners for 100 Norwegian Kroner.

This is "Hønsefrikasse" / "Chicken fricassee", traditional Norwegian food.
It tasted good.

My blog does not create any income, and I am not paid to say my opinion, but since it is just MY blog, I can say that this is one of the places I would love to go back to. I have only been there once.

Quite a unique facade. Open from 11-23. Closed on Sundays.

The storm is still on, but not as bad as yesterday. I have just kept indoors, as most people have done.

Swedish Midsummer buffet.

Year six of blogging started today.

I had lunch with my husband at IKEA today.
Actually, it was a buffet with all kinds of Swedish food.
I especially liked the sild (herring) and the salmon, and then of course, the strawberries for dessert.
Wonderful, and then, off to work this afternoon and evening.

Olle, is the Swedish chef who together with his team had prepared the wonderful meal.

We were three friends who had healthy and tasty lunch at Fish & Cow today!
I will be back!
Sunny and cold outside, and I finished off with the best Americano coffee I have had for a long time.

How much would you have paid for a main course like this??

I was out last night, and suddenly thought that food prices probably vary quite a lot depending on where you live.

From the place: "Matmagasinet." Nice and tasty food!:-)

(The day after: I paid 198 Kroner for the food. (No drinks in that price.)

That is approx. 33,5 US dollars, or 25 Euros or 22 English pounds.)

"Resept" is the name of a nice vegetarian restaurant/cafe in the centre of Stavanger.

This is what Nina and I had yesterday.

It tasted as good as it looked!:-)
