Today

What happened today?
I had a trip in to town and I met JACK, a fellow CDP blogger, and his wife, who are now on a holiday in Europe. We had a coffee and a nice chat before I followed them back to the cruise ship. Next stop is Aalborg / Denmark. Enjoy the time over here. Here is  Jack's blog

I suddenly thought about STARBUCKS when I saw this work going on.
It is a long time since they started to discuss how the cafe should be, and the last thing I heard was that the bank was going to use what used to be the vault, as the place for the famous coffee company.
Time will show.

Even the bank has been decorated for Christmas.

Sad for us Norwegians, that the Norwegian "krone" (Nkr.) is not doing very well.

We get less for our money, but then the tourists who come to Norway will get most things cheaper than before :)

Parking in Stavanger around Christmas time can be a bit difficult.

Joking aside, this is a car placed on the wall above a bank, as an advertisement.

PS. I hope this does not mean that the bank drives their customers up the wall!
