Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

Rogaland Art Centre at "Nytorget" in Stavanger.
I have only been there a couple of times, but I will find out more and give you a look inside later.
I have some more information to tell. The artist`s name is TELLAS. The art was done as a symbol of what used to be so typical for the city, lots of FISH. Today it is the OIL that have nicknamed our city "The Oil Capital", and if you enlarge the photo you will see as Rob noticed, blue fish as well as some who are black of oil, and the oil is also on it´s way down..... Do you see the little paper boat?
'Wall Art', looks as though the blue has 'run' down the wall.
