Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

According to "Rolfsen", a well known fashion-trend-shop in Kirkegaten, this is what Norwegian men should look like this winter.
Sorry, I am decidedly out of fashion in Norway as I am here. I tend to wear the same kind of clothes year after year, with only minor changes sadly due to the age...
Fashion is so painful - those poor guys are gonna have very cold feet!
ReplyDeleteLove it. Great picture! I thought exactly the same. No shoes?
ReplyDeleteVery stylish indeed but they FORGOT the boots and gloves!
ReplyDeleteIn Norway, the men have no shoes and in Germany, the women often have no hair in the shop window...hahaha! Have a great weekend:)
ReplyDeleteCool! I like the styling on the left.
ReplyDeleteAh, yes perhaps but they look a bit stiff to me - hehe
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend,

ReplyDelete1st coat doesn't look too warm for Norway's winter!
ReplyDeleteDon't you need more clothes for a winter in Norway?!
ReplyDeleteIf only for the clothes, especially the coats and boots, I was always envious of countries with Winter when I was younger. But not anymore!
ReplyDeleteStill love the clothes though. ;)
There is going to be a lot of frostbite in Norway if they follow these recommendations.
ReplyDeleteEven shoeless, they're pretty dapper.
ReplyDeleteHaha, from the comments I understand: First comfort, second fashion. From the shop: First fashion, second comfort.
ReplyDeleteEven with shoes on, I bet they are going to be very cold, and that's not cool :-D
