Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

This is a photograph from the Norsk Hermetikk Museum (the Norwegian fish canning museum). Some days, visitors can taste freshly smoked sardines or try their hand at packing "plastic" sardines into tins... a taste of how things used to be.
That should be an interesting museum to visit!
ReplyDeleteWhat a joy for the sense it must be.
ReplyDeletePlease have a good Tuesday.

We saw the Lutefisk Museum in Drobak in July but we didn't spend much time inside! Uff da!
ReplyDeleteVery nice picture - you've framed it in a really interesting way. I like the perspective and colours.
ReplyDeleteThis is really interesting! A nice and inviting picture!
ReplyDeleteAlthough I don't like sardines, I would find it interesting.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a very cool museum and your composition is lovely!
