Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.
Very cool photo! There isn't enough money in the world to entice me to do this. And down here the heat is so oppressive...can't imagine how roofers work during the summer!
Their sense of balance and lack of fear must superior to those of the majority of the human race. I watch roofers in France scampering over steep pitches without a safety harness....madness.
Roofs like thee with a steep pitch certainly are a challenge! They definitely know how to do the job. Stay safe, guys!!

ReplyDeleteFine photo showing the process of replacing a roof. Looks like a major construction project.
ReplyDeleteYou can't help but watch... I like this one.
ReplyDeleteWow! That is one steep roof.
ReplyDeleteThe steepness of the roof wouldn't bother me, it's the smell of roofing tar that I'd have a problem with.
