Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

Up in the mountains.
Up in the mountains yesterday.
First came the big moose, closely followed by this "little" one.
There are lots of traffic signs around warning about moose, but it is still rare to see them.
Nice shot. I remember my journey through the Lapland in Sweden this holiday, along 400 kilometers we met hundreds of moose, raindeers and many other animals. Greetings from Bergen.
I suppose running your car into a moose is about the same as running into a kangaroo in Australia. There will be car damage.
ReplyDeleteMoose strikes don't do the moose any good either. Great wildlife shot with perfect composition.
ReplyDeleteLucky you. Diane
ReplyDeleteThey're amazing animals. A moose collision with a car would probably kill the driver.
ReplyDeleteA fantastic image. Looks like the moose is trying to hurry across the road but not fast enough to escape your camera. :)
ReplyDeleteHe's not wasting any time is he.... Nice catch.

ReplyDeleteDangerous for everyone when they are crossing a road!
