Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.

Potatoes.
It is potato season, and soon there will even be a potato festival at Bryne, south of Stavanger.

ReplyDeleteI love spuds! We helped friends who had a farm pick potatoes one year, it's hard work bending all the time.
ReplyDeleteThey're harvesting them here as well, though I can't recall any festivals in their honour in these parts.
