Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

Mothers Day.
If you have, - or have been lucky enough to have a loving MUM, you probably celebrated Mothers Day today.
Wonderful to recognize Mums! Our Mother's Day is in May, but you probably already know that!
ReplyDeleteC'est vrai que la plupart des pays fêtent les mères au mois de mai. La Norvège semble la seule à les fêter en février.
ReplyDeleteOur Mother's Day is later in the year. But I'm happy to see that you celebrated! :)
ReplyDeleteGunn the cake looks absolutely delicious. Our Mothers Day in Canada is celebrated the second Sunday in May.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your day! Cheers
How lovely! My Mom is no longer with us, but I certainly think of her often. Our Mother's Day on this side of the pond is in May.
ReplyDeleteI always celebrate my Mom and the sacrifices she made to raise my brother and myself.
ReplyDeleteThis looks beautifully decorated. My mother is gone now. And, in the USA, Mothers Day is in May.
ReplyDeleteA very colourful cake!
ReplyDeleteAnd like darlin said, ours is in May.
That is lovely indeed! Happy Mum's day - here it is celebrated in May:)
ReplyDeleteHere in France, Mother's day is celebrated in May!
ReplyDeleteI am not sure we celebrate this in February... and I always forget it anyway!
ReplyDeleteMothers should be treasured Gunn, mine was. I miss her a lot. I hope you had a wonderful Mothers Day.
