HAPPY FASTELAVEN!

Fastelaven is celebrated 7 weeks before Easter Sunday or on the Sunday before Ash Wednesday.
We celebrate by eating FASTELAVENSBOLLER, a sweet roll filled with whipped cream custard and jam, and sprinkled with icing sugar.

Here you see Inger Marie and Malin at "Romsøe- bakery" with the yummy stuff!

  5. I had never heard of this festivity. That sweet is similar to one we have in Spain and we call bamba.
