Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.

Part of a fountain, next to a place that used to be a restaurant, named "Den Gylne Fontene"/ "The Golden Fountain."
Smooth balls like this are mesmerizing. I have a couple of similar balls -- much smaller, of course -- in my Connecticut garden.

At first I thought it was a globe. I like its shiny, reflective surface!
