Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

It is SUMMERTIME again, so tomorrow I`ll start at work really early.....
Tonight we put our clocks forward.
This is just one of several clocks around town, which has taken a time out, and not worked for years.
Saw a spanish tv program about Stavanger yesterday: you live in a beautiful place! But then, wee already knew it, as we see your city through your eyes!
very geometric...so sad the clock doesn't work!
ReplyDeleteWell, hope not too many people overslept :)
ReplyDeleteAt least this clock is correct twice a day...

ReplyDeleteWe moved our clocks a couple of weeks ago. I really love having the extra light in the evenings. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of the square design, but I am sure someone was or it wouldn't have been built! To each his/her own.
Happy Sunday,
Lois
Now that you have shown the world that the clock isn't working maybe they will feel embarrassed about it and fix it, whoever they are!
ReplyDeleteThe clock is cool, whether is works or not. :)
ReplyDeleteI love your special picture of the birds on the lake.
The birds are nice. We also spring ahead and fall back on our clocks.
ReplyDeleteFantastic composition, Gunn! Gladly the day is longer now. :-)
