Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

"Johanne og Broremann" (Johanne and her little brother) was made by Svein Magnus HÃ¥varstein in 1993, and was a present to the city from our biggest local newspaper, "Stavanger Aftenblad".
How very lovely. A wonderful piece of art.
ReplyDeleteIt is a nice statue with a very pleasant mood.
ReplyDeleteIt is lovely Gunn, I like the idea behind it, big sister looking out for younger sibling, nice!
ReplyDeleteIt is quite nice, indeed. :) Love those old metallic statues, we have them everywhere, too!
