Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.

The vessels taking part in the "Tall Ships Races" are in Stavanger, but will be leaving on Sunday.
Hello Gunn, It's a treat to read your posts today and know Norway moves forward. I've read down through several posts and been moved by your words, that fear will not change how you live. The photos of the procession and flowers on the lake are particularly moving. And how wonderful that Olga and Max have come to visit!

The shape of tall-ships could lead one to believe that ship-builders of yore knew about slip-stream and the like. Maybe they did in their own way.
