Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

Lunch with friends.
We all went for seafood, one of the things that Norway exports all over the world.
Some countries even have Norwegian Fish Clubs.
Yes, we all enjoyed our food, after a walk out in the wind and rain.
Ah, yes, very good stuff. Shrimp boiled in sea water, gravlaks (or is that smoked salmon?), and aquavit (or is that white wine?). ;) We have it all over here across the pond, too. :) My Honey makes yummy gravlaks.
I haven't had dinner yet argghh I have nothing so enticing in the fridge!
ReplyDeleteThe salmon looks fantastic!
ReplyDeleteI live in a town on the sea, but I am not so keen on seafood. Your salmon could easily change my mind...
ReplyDeleteBon appetit! Such a delicious photo! I had Norwegian fish at last Saturday's Norske Torske Klubben in Minneapolis....
