Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

"The Irishman" is a popular and cosy little pub next to the Culture House in the centre of Stavanger. Sometimes they have live music.
There are Irish pubs everywhere. My grandfather was Irish so I think I would qualify for a green passport Though I do not like Guinness so perhaps not really my kind of place.
I'll take a chance... and a pint.
ReplyDeleteLet's have a beer and a fish dinner there sometime!
ReplyDeleteCheers to Gunn and Steve!

ReplyDeleteA terrific photo, Gunn...great light. I sure wish we had pubs like that here...most of ours are just plain ol' grubby bars which it is best to avoid!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your good wishes. Our daughter is much improved and we are back home "recovering."
Looks like a fun spot!
ReplyDeleteThis looks more Irish than many other similar places I have seen!
ReplyDeleteMust be a fun place on St Patrick's day!!!
ReplyDeleteHope the inside is as inviting as the outside.
Lovely place!With an Irish wiskey!
