Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

She was beautiful !! I had to stop and take a photo......
Not many like her at the harbour in Stavanger.
Anyway, the name was "NORTHLANDER" and it said George Town.... so she must have had a long journey.
This is a beautiful boat, I have read that the Northlander is available for charter at about 100.000 Euro for a week, catering and tips excluded...
ReplyDeleteWell, that has to be in my next life :)
ReplyDeleteBTW,thanks for the info..... I will start saving now.
I ever like the tones conveyed by a scene shot in the twilight.
ReplyDeleteanyway...great subject!
Great looking ship.
ReplyDeleteNow that's the way to travel! Your twilight shots are gorgeous.
ReplyDelete100K€, ah well, she's nice to look at from the quay with the lovely blue surrounding her!
ReplyDeleteNext time you see her, go on board, tell them you know me.
ReplyDeleteThat's all to expensive for just a week - but I would like your weather in Stavanger; here on Lolland we have more than 30 celsius!
ReplyDeleteMaybe we should meet on your boat for dinner and champagne, Gunn?!
ReplyDeleteSkal! Vi kann nastan rakna avgangen med timar nu ...
Another great Photo Gunn!
ReplyDeleteThe sky, the lights, the boat...superb!
