Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

Sometimes I do actually see tractors with trailers on the motorway, but the farmers should know better.......
This is a sign on a road leading up to the motorway.
I guess I needed the explanation. I thought the sign was saying "no golf carts." Doh.
ReplyDeleteI think tractors are banned on UK motorways too but we don't have signs like this so far as I'm aware.
ReplyDeleteThat's funny. Never seen this before at the entrance to a motorway. And by the time the tractor driver saw it, it'd be too late!
ReplyDeleteOh, the poor farmers! Picked on again! Ha!
ReplyDeleteFarmers can't catch a break.
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought that sign was about golf carts!
ReplyDeleteFarmers need to get places, too, but driving a tractor on any kind of major highway just isn't very smart!
Now this is a new sign for me! :-)
ReplyDeleteI think I've seen a no pedestrian sign near French motorways... ;-)
ReplyDeleteThat's discrimination!! ;~))
ReplyDeleteI have never seen I sign like this!
ReplyDeleteOhio allows tractors on all roads except state highways and interstates as this is an agriculture state.
ReplyDeleteOur tractors can go on all roads except for limited access highways like this one. Good sign!
