The road to Paradis, - well actually the railway tracks from Paradis.
This is the first stop after the main railway station in Stavanger.
This is a fairly new station, and I think it looks pretty with the blue lighting.

  1. I agree. Any idea what the significance of the mural is?

  2. That's an interesting city name! But even more noteworthy is "Hell", a town outside of Trondheim if my memory serves me correctly. I had fun telling people that I had been through "Hell." (And to "Hell" and back).

  5. A very good image. It is fun how every city or place has somewhere a 'Paradis' or something like that.

  10. LEIF, you are right; we do have a place in Norway with the name HELL.
and B SQUARED, blue and yellow are typical Swedish and the colors of their flag.

  11. I also like the blue. It wouldn't be the same without it. On the other side of the tracks--is that graffiti or a mural?

  12. Thanks to Kjell Bakken in Oslo, I got the name of the artist who have decorated the wall. Anna Sigmond Gudmundsdottir,
Do take a look at her site at http://www.gudmundsdottir.com
