Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

STATOIL, is a leading Norwegian company in oil and gas production.
The headquaters is at Forus in Stavanger.
This is the main entrance, and just a small part of one of the huge company buildings.
I love the clean lines in this photo!
ReplyDeleteIt's rather like some glass boxes, but I like it! Very modern and sexy. Great night shot, too.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot. It almost looks like a company poster for Statoil.
ReplyDeleteVery modern and industrial looking with lots of glass - nice photo at night!
ReplyDeleteGlad torsdag til dej, Gunn!
Still state-owned, I presume? (As the name suggests.)
ReplyDeleteI often forget about Stavanger and the oil. Nice building, more friendly than many corporate high-rises.
ReplyDeleteI really like this type of building with lots of windows. The colors are great!
ReplyDeleteI like the architecture. Modern with a Japanese influence — don't they look like Japanese paper screens? And it looks great all lit up like this!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this. I'm looking forward to meeting more Statoil employees this year.
