Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.

Some decorate with just lights, like this bank.
It is nice. I just wished they could turn of the lights inside the building....
Chuck, no we are south of the polar circle, so we see the sun (assuming there are no clouds) the whole year round. Right now the hours of daylight are quite short and getting shorter. see: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/astronomy.html?n=289
It's very elegant looking...I bet it's beautiful with the lights off!
