Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

Old and new architecture living side by side in Stavanger.
I'm usually a big fan of older architecture but I do love all of that glass!
ReplyDeleteStriking photo! Which type of architecture do you like most?
ReplyDeleteQuite some contrast! I love the building on the far left! Hilsen fra Hagen
ReplyDeleteI love any reasonable contrast and this is a quite good one. Nice effect of the typical dark red (this color has a name?) surrounding all that glass.
ReplyDeleteI think the old and new look good together. Nice shot!
ReplyDeleteI agree - there's a pleasing contrast between these buildings. Good that the town planners are prepared to be adventurous.
ReplyDeleteVery nice contrast!
ReplyDeleteI like the mIx!
