Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast.
My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive.
Welcome back for another look.

An evening shot of the Victoria hotel which is quite central in Stavanger and has a view out onto the harbor.
I have been to weddings, a few meetings and lunch/dinners at the hotel. All very pleasant. The interior is very nice. I have never stayed overnight, so I don't know what the rooms are like. But I believe that room prices are not amongst the cheapest in Stavanger. The area is not a pedestrian zone, this was taken very late at night.
Nice to see night photos, very pretty at night.
ReplyDeleteIt looks beautiful! And old. Has it been updated inside? I'd imagine it is costly ...
ReplyDeleteIt looks beautiful all lit up!
ReplyDeleteGreat peaceful scene. Nice clean lines and warm lighting.
ReplyDeleteNice place, any idea of the rates? Is it in a pedestrian zone or simply there are and no cars parked around?
