Rushing.

Yesterday evening my husband was taken to the hospital.
I rushed back home from work, the doctor and the ambulance staff had finished what they needed to do. There was just time to lock the door and jump in to the ambulance.....

I am so grateful for people who KNOW what to do, from my boss who turned on her heals and came back so that I could leave work and be with my husband. All the medical people who were there the moment we arrived.

The young ambulance driver, who drove with the flashing blue light, and got through in the the busy traffic on the motorway. I know it was just her job, but she impressed me! The coordination / teamwork.
It worked from A to Z!

Everything went well.

We will have a good X-MAS together!

Thank you wonderful caring people!!

That's the kind of scary incident we all hope never happens. Thank goodness the right people were available and that all is well and that your Christmas will be a happy one!

That is a scary experience for you and for him. Glad it ended up OK.

My daughter and her husband live in a less developed country. She has been visiting in Florida for a couple of days and perhaps what has been most noticeable to her is the high quality of the service. From banks to stores to government offices, everyone she encounters has been friendly, competent and helpful, and that is not the case where she lives. It sound like Norway also is fortunate to have competent people to rely upon. We take it for granted until there is reason to notice it.

Glad he will be okay. When I hear sirens, I often say a little prayer that all will be okay and then I feel thankful for all the helpers out there.
